"Knowledge Society and Mobility Forums” whch takes place in 17th october, in Tampere (Finland) aims to update the audience on the latest EU policy developments, related to knowledge society themes. The event will gather together mostly civil servants, but also some politicians, interested in the updates on the latest EU policy developments (related to knowledge society themes).

ICTFOOTPRINT.eu will be introduced at the event, showcasing how it supports cities and public administrators to go for low carbon footprint in their ICT.

The forums will hold as well a joint meeting on the topic of ‘Transformative city – the impact of smart cities strategies on local governance’. Alongside the 2016 Smart City Event of the city of Tampere, this joint meeting will be a unique opportunity for participants to network, learn and exchange.
