ICTFOOTPRINT.eu will join "De-carbonising the economy - The ICT factor" event, organised by European Policy Centre (EPC).

The meeting will have a Policy Dialogue on ICT's contribution to the transition towards a more competitive low carbon economy in Europe, where several panellists from industry and NGO's will reflect on how ICT can contribute to decarbonising the ICT sector: Jos Delbeke (Director General of DG Climate Action), Larry Stone (President Group Public & Government Affairs, British Telecom), Folker Franz (Gead of EU Public Affairs ABB), Martin Porter (Executive Director Industrial Innovation for Competitiveness) and Justin Keeble (Managing Director Sustainability Services Europe, Africa and Latin America, Accenture Strategy).

Federica Bordelot, from EUROCITIES (partner of ICTFOOTPRINT.eu) will introduce the project to a new audience and reflected on how ICT can contribute to this callenge, focusing on European cities and giving some examples of best practices. Check the tweet.
